CANADEM is seeking seasoned accountant professionals with previous NGO experience for projects in Ukraine. CANADEM is a Canadian based NGO with 30 years of experience deploying experts and running capacity building projects around the world. We are recruiting Ukrainian nationals with experience in NGO accounting and bookkeeping.

Registration with CANADEM is always free. We are looking to expand our pool of experts for upcoming projects operating in Ukraine. Most positions will be consultancy based, currently part time with likely expansion to full time in the near future.
 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate progressively responsible professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping with NGOs or other similar organizations;
• University degree in accounting, finance, non-profit business administration, or other similar area of study;
• Familiarity with Ukrainian accounting standards (П(С)БО) or IFRS);
• Experience with auditing and budget management;
• Experience with managing payroll, tax payments and social contributions, report writing, and other similar tasks;
• Ukrainian citizenship and/or permanent resident of Ukraine;
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
